Data we process

• Bookings: name, email, phone, date and time, number of guests, amount and payment status.
• Customers and members: personal details (first name, last name, date of birth for the junior discount, address, phone, email), memberships, hours used, booking and payment history.
• Account: email, encrypted password (hash) or link to the Google account used to sign in.
• Contact form: the data entered and the content of the message.
• Technical data: IP address and server logs, kept for a limited period for security and operational purposes.

Purposes

We use the data to manage bookings, memberships, payments and access to the facility, to answer enquiries and to send service-related messages (confirmations, expiry reminders). We do not sell data or pass it on to third parties for advertising purposes.

Service providers (processors)

• Hostinger: hosting of the website, database and email.
• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.: processing of payments by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and TWINT. Card details are processed exclusively by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
• Google: only if you choose to sign in with your Google account; we receive your name and email address.
• igloohome (Igloocompany Pte. Ltd.): generates the temporary PINs for the key box. It only receives the booking reference and the time slot, no personal data.

Some providers may also process data outside Switzerland or the EU; in that case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses.

Video surveillance

The facility is under video surveillance, as indicated by a sign at the entrance. Recordings are used solely for the safety of people and the protection of the facility and equipment (preventing and investigating theft and damage). Images are only viewed by the managers of TISHOT Indoor Golf Sagl when necessary, are never published and are deleted automatically after 30 days at most, unless they are needed to clarify an incident or are requested by the authorities.

Cookies

The website only uses technically necessary cookies: for signing in to your account (session) and to remember your language. We do not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics tools.

To know which pages are visited most, we count visits anonymously and without cookies: we record the page viewed, the referring website, the browser language, the device type and the approximate country. IP addresses are not stored; the data stays on our server and is deleted after 13 months.

Retention

We keep data for the duration of the relationship and beyond, to the extent required by legal retention obligations (in particular 10 years for accounting records). Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.

Your rights

You may at any time request information about the data concerning you, its correction or deletion, the restriction of processing and data portability, within the limits of the law. Write to us at info@tishotindoorgolf.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Security

All data is transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS). Passwords are only stored in encrypted form. Access to the administration is restricted to authorised staff.

The website contains links to third-party websites (partners, social networks). The privacy policies of those websites apply to any processing of data there.

We may update this policy at any time. The version published on the website applies.
