Terms and conditions

1. Scope

Hourly bookings, memberships and the use of every part of the facility provided by TISHOT Indoor Golf Sagl are subject to these general terms and conditions. They form an integral part of the contracts concluded with members, by purchasing a membership, and with individual users of the facility, for example by booking online.

2. Memberships

2.1 Duration. Memberships are concluded for the duration shown on the Memberships & rates page (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). They are valid from the activation date until the end of the chosen period and may be renewed at the member's request. Early termination is not possible.

2.2 Payment. The membership price is paid online at the time of purchase; the membership is activated once payment has been received.

2.3 Refunds. The membership price cannot be refunded, in full or in part, not even in case of illness, injury, change of residence or non-use. A temporary closure of the facility due to unforeseen events does not entitle members to refunds or reductions.

3. Rates and contractual documents

The current rates are published on the website. TISHOT Indoor Golf Sagl reserves the right to change prices, regulations and these terms at any time; changes are announced on the website and do not apply to memberships that have already been paid.

4. Account and access codes

The personal account and any access codes to the facility are personal and non-transferable. The access code may not be shared with third parties. Access is permitted on the booked days and at the booked times, in compliance with these terms and the internal rules.

5. Bookings

• Single hours are booked online, also without an account, and paid at the time of booking (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or TWINT).
• Registration on the website is free of charge. Members book from their own account. The membership includes 2 hours of play per week (Monday to Sunday); unused hours cannot be carried over.
• Each additional hour beyond the included hours is charged at the member rate published on the website and paid online at the time of booking.
• The included hours are deducted from the member who makes the booking. Other members playing in the same flight pay nothing and do not use their own hours.
• A member may book with one or more guests who do not hold a membership: the reduced guest rate published on the website is due for each guest and paid online. The member ensures that the guest has adequate basic skills; otherwise this must be stated in the booking notes.
• Bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance.
• Cancellations and changes are only possible by contacting TISHOT Indoor Golf Sagl at least 24 hours in advance. With shorter notice the booking can be neither cancelled nor moved and there is no right to a refund.
• The booked hour includes the time needed to tidy the bay for the next customers.

5.1 Companies

Memberships, sponsoring packages and events for companies are agreed individually between TISHOT Indoor Golf Sagl and the customer.

6. Opening hours

Opening hours and closing days are shown on the website. TISHOT Indoor Golf Sagl may change them at any time. In case of a forced closure due to technical problems, an order by the authorities or other causes, TISHOT Indoor Golf Sagl is not obliged to extend the membership or to grant a refund.

7. Liability

• Members, customers and guests use the facility at their own risk. Any liability for theft, illness or injury inside or outside the facility is excluded.
• All users must treat the facility and the equipment with care. Damage caused by improper use, theft or vandalism will be charged.
• Only golf balls without felt-pen markings may be used, so as not to damage the screen.
• Clubs and shoes must be clean and free of residue from outdoor courses; shoes with plastic spikes should be avoided.
• Anyone who does not hold a course licence (Platzreife) must have personal liability insurance.
• The facility is under video surveillance. By accepting these terms you acknowledge that images are recorded and used only for the safety and protection of the facility (see the privacy policy).

8. Exclusion

TISHOT Indoor Golf Sagl may deny access to members, customers and guests, temporarily or permanently and without refund, in case of:

• harmful behaviour towards the facility, the staff or other users;
• failure to comply with the contract, the internal rules or instructions;
• any behaviour that may harm the operation or the reputation of the facility;
• bringing in third parties who have not been announced.

8.1 Animals

Animals are not allowed.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy published on the website.

10. Safety

The emergency exit may only be used in an emergency. A fire extinguisher is available and ready for use. Smoking inside the facility is strictly prohibited.

11. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The places of jurisdiction provided for by law apply to any disputes.
